Business Owner’s Profile
Michael Freiberger
Mike Freiberger, the owner of MF Landscape & Design and MF Snow Management, started at age 12 with a push mower taking care of his neighbor’s lawns while on vacation.
At age 14 his father told him that he would buy him a small walk behind mower if he promised to mow his lawn for the rest of my life, and his son’s life, for FREE. Mike’s father made out tenfold on this investment.
At age 15, he bought a trailer and hired high school kids to tow him around.
At Age 16, he bought his first truck and really started getting involved with the business.
At age 18, he was accepted to Elon University. Graduating in the spring of 2013, Mike earned his degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a minor in economics.
Currently, the company is expanding to new heights due to all his experienced employees who have been in the industry far longer than he has.
